Across the street there is a TGI fridays and if you walk a little futher down there is a cracker barrel and across the doubletree paring lot there is a golden coral and a steak house and burger king behind that.
we have stayed at the doubletree several times and may stay there this year and there is also a shop there that sells pizzahut pizza

The restaurants in the area are (in addition to Lawrence's list above): McDonald's, Carabba's, IHOP, KFC, Orlando Ale House, Kobe, Hooters, Outback Steakhouse, Chick-fil-A, Einstein's Bagels, Boston Market and my favorite...Bubba Lou's BBQ. Whew...that's all I can think of right off the bat.

Some of these places are not within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel but if you're going to have a car or are willing to take a cab, they are all VERY close.

Agree with Metro West, we went to Bubba lou's in July, and nothing fancy but the food was great, looking forward to going back next July
