restaurants on BW

Can anyone tell me which restaurants on the BW are child friendly? I just don't think that the flying fish would be the right choice for us.

We found that Spoodles has always been great we usually eat there at least a couplr of times during the vacation and have been doing so for last 4-5 years. Our daughter is 11 and never had a problem. Most of the restaurants are OK for kids though.

The ESPN Club has Play Stations at the booths. The servers will explain how to get the controlers. Seems to me it was a deposit. It dosnt seem like we had to pay anything. Hard to get some times but my kid loves it in there.

ESPN ZONE is good place to go if they like to play games.

Just to clarify - this location is not an ESPN Zone with the large game arcade (like Baltimore), it's just an ESPN Club.

You might want to consider Cape May Cafe at the Yacht / Beach Club. It has character meals which the kiddies would adore.

I've never stayed at the Boardwalk, so I can't give you travel time from an individual guest room. But standing on the boardwalk itself, you're only a 5 min walk away from YC/BC.

Flying Fish is probably the least child friendly but many children do dine there and the staff is always pleasant and helpful to them. One even played a game with DS and took him to the back part to show him something (I don't remember what). ESPN is a great place to go with kids. Spoodles is family friendly. I also agree that Cape May is worth a visit for both breakfast (character) and dinner. There are plenty of selections for children.

Beaches & Cream across the way at the Beach Club is a good bet too! Kitchen Sink!

You'll find that they are all "child friendly".

Some are more suited to adults (like FF), but every time we've eaten there , kids were plentiful.

Bill River Grille is our favorite. Kids loved it. Ages 2, 3 and 4 on our last trip. Going again in 2 weeks and can't wait to get the Meatloaf again.
