We have 2 days planned at DHS for our upcoming trip. We have a dinner ADR one day and my Star Wars fans are super excited to eat at least one meal in Galaxy's Edge. I'm thinking that on our second day we might leave DHS for a bit for lunch. Any favorites that would be nearby? Either walking distance or accessible by the Skyliner. Or is it silly to leave to eat? THANKS!

You can easily walk to the Yacht and Beach club area and the Boardwalk. Lots of great lunch options there. I think I would recommend Beaches and Cream at the BC, they have hamburgers and ice cream specialties. They just reopened after a big remodel in the restaurant looks great. On the Boardwalk side the ESPN café and Big River Grille are both good lunch spots. I would recommend these over traveling on the skyline because you’re not reliant on getting back to the park on transportation in case there are issues.

The Swan and Dolphin are easily accessible by walking or boat and have the best food in the area without going into Epcot.

Sure, you could leave the park, but if you're up for a nice sit-down meal, the Hollywood Brown Derby is very good.

Disney Springs is our go to spot but we always rent a car.

On our DHS day, we always eat at Beaches and Cream at the Yacht and Beach Club. We really like Beaches and Cream and the restaurant was just remodeled and looks great!
