Restaurants for business

My hubby will be on business in May and wants me to look at a few restaurants for him and about 3 others. The nights I need they won't have park tickets, so all have to be outside the parks or resorts.
I appreciate all the responses ahead of time, but don't say California Grill. I know everyone raves about it, but it is way toooooo loud and noisy for me.

The restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin regularly have many business type customers since they are in convention/meeting hotels. Shula's, Blue Zoo, Il Mulino are all good choices.

What about Yachtman's steakhouse at the yacht club. Nice and quiet and apparently good food

I have taken business clients to Fulton's at DTD several times with great success. Tell them you want a quest table and they will tuck your group away in one of the out-of-the way places.

Another choice would be Artist Point at the Wilderness Lodge.

Fulton's is fantastic, as is Raglan Road (although Raglan Road is a bit on the noisy side as it's a pub).

We love Grand Floridian Cafe, Flying Fish and Jiko...I have heard wonderful things about the Wave...we are going to try that next month

The Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club is very nice and not as expensive as the Yachtsmen Steakhouse. More varied menu as well.

I have hosted business dinners at Artist Point and in the Wine Room at California Grill. I agree with the OP on the main dining room at CG, great food but way to loud for a business dinner and conversation.
