Restaurants disappeared!

I'm at the 180 mark for our trip so I went to make our dining reservations.

I wanted to book Big River Grill at BWV and wasn't even there to say it was unavailable, let alone book. Nor was ESPN.

Anyone know why?

Not sure - but I know you can't make ADRs at Big River Grille at 180 days anyway.

Big River Grill doesn't take Advanced Dining Reservations.

ESPN only takes them for VIP seating when there's an actual event being broadcast; so it depends on the date you're looking for.

Neither restaurant takes ADRs. 180 days doesn't matter. Both are walk-up only (except for big games at ESPN).

I looked on wdwinfo.com and it says "reservations not accepted" - so I guess they don't take them at all. Although I thought I had read somewhere on the disboards that you can call.

Unless things have changed recently, Big River takes reservations directly, not via the WDW system. Since that is so obscure, calling two weeks out ought to be more than plenty of time. you might even get a CM who says "you actually want to make a reservation? I think that happened once, back around 2006!"

I don't have a date but Big River is slated to close for refurb at some point in 2016

Big River does not accept ADRs. You can call, but call them direct (not through WDW-DINE), and you do not need to do it six months ahead of time.
