restaurants choice & premium plan ?

With a little over 8 weeks to go I'm a getting anxious ( in a good way )
I have my restaurants figured out for my 4 night stay at disneyland hotel
my choices are :
Walt's
Innovention ( disneyland hotel )
Café Mickey
The steakhouse
What I'm wondering are there any menu restrictions when using the premium plan ?
Do you have specific starters
specific main course
specific desserts ?
I don,t quite get how the plan works ...as I am use to the DDP ( wdw ) can you explain it to me ..for exemple my DH wants to try the steakhouse ( a meat lover that DH ) can he choose any starters , main dish and desserts ???
I,m almost ready to book my restaurants ( march 12 th ) and I'd like to get how this work .

Hi I ate at three of these on our last trip:

Inventions is a chracter buffet so will each get 1 buffet and 1 soft drink with your premium voucher (like a buffet at WDW)

At Walts I believe there is a set menu for premium vouchers (someone correct me if this is wrong) where you would get 3 courses and 1 soft drink, or you can use the value of your vouchers and get what you would like off the normal menu - this is 44 euros each

At the steakhouse there is not a menu for premium vouchers. When we went in December we had two courses + drinks off the normal menu and paid the couple of euros difference as the price was slightly over 88 euros.

Gemmybear83 is correct i think there was 2 menus to choose from when we looked at walts 1 was vegeterian and a normal menu

they were 3 course and im pretty sure the drink was refilable

so if I get this right , when I get to the restaurant I tell them I have premium plan they will show me what to choose from ?
And if let's say at the steakhouse the price is not whitin the price range of premium plan we will pay the difference right ??
Have any of you tried buffalo bill show / dinner is it good I mean the show and the meal I tought this could be fun ..and I'm pretty sure that with premium plan I can go to buffalo bill ..
