DH and I are doing the DLR and S Cali ABD in August, so it’ll be a somewhat rare childless few days at DL (and then a further 5 nights w the kids there). I think the ABD includes a meal at Carthay, but I’m not sure what other TS or CS meals at DLR are included. I know we get fast passes with the ABD that we can use on our on-our-own time, and it’ll be after SWGE opens so I’m sure the parks will be crazy (and we def want to experience the rides).
Are there any must-do restaurants we should make reservations for? Are Napa Rose or Steakhouse 55 good enough that we should take the child-free opportunity to go, knowing we give up park time? (Side note: DH and I are going to Jiko, Tiffins, and The Boathouse at WDW this year, so we will have a few nicer dinners at Disney, just on the opposite coast.) I’m not terribly concerned about price (within reason - no $15,000 meals), but I don’t like feeling ripped off. (We also don’t drink wine, but are planning on a couple hours at Trader Sams.)
Also, it’s DS3’s bday while we’re at DLR. Anywhere in particular we should book for his bday dinner?
TIA!
