I heard that having a meal at certain restaurants will give you a pass to a special seating section for certain shows. Which ones and for what? Are these places part of the DDP?
This is our first visit to WDW and I need to book ADRs.... very overwhelming for a newbie.
hi. congrats on going for your first trip
there is a fantasmic dinner package that you can get. you have a couple restaurants to pick from like Mama Melrose and Hollywood and Vine and then you get special reserved seating for the Fantasmic show at DHS. However, the show is not run every night like it used to. Also, those restaurants are on the ddp, but you'd probably have to pay extra to get the seating at the show. I've never had a problem getting a seat to Fantasmic, it's been packed when i went and we still found a spot. It would be good if you had a big family or lots of little ones. You can always get a spot by showing up early. AT Animal Kingdom if you book a lunch at Tusker House you get reserved seating for Finding Nemo the Musical. That i have also done. It was nice not having to stand in a huge line waiting to get in. We got to go behind a rope right near the back entrance and got a spot up front. You have to get there early though otherwise they give away the seats. That is all the dining/show options besides the holiday Candelight Processional, which is the same idea.
