Would you rather...

Sanaa or Jiko for dinner, and why?

Yachtsman or Shulas for dinner, and why?

Tucker House or Flame Tree barbecue for lunch, and why?

Jiko - The menu offerings and preparations are better and the atmosphere is more 'upscale' and romantic to us.
Shula's - Best restaurant on property, second to only V&A.
Tusker House - More options and more variety.

--Sanaa, particularly if it's still daylight and the animals can be viewed outside the dining room window. We were less enamoured with Jiko than most people, so Sanaa would be our preference even without the view of live animals.

--Yachtsman has more variety, but Shula's has better food. So be ready to share some monster pieces of meat and/or lobsters at Shula's; Souffle for dessert is my wife's favorite.

--Tusker House provides food variety at the buffet, Characters, and has the conveniences of being indoors.

Jiko - beautiful restaurant and excellent food.
Yachtsman - The bread alone is worth the price of admission.
Tusker House - decent buffet food and great characters.

Sanaa - Wonderful food and view.
Yachtsman - Never been to Shula's. But we have enjoyed Yachtsman.
Tusker House - Great buffet and characters. Love Flame Tree, too, though!

Sanaa--Butter Chicken & Spicy Durban Shrimp and Indian Style Bread Service with all 9 accompaniments. Also the animals, if you dine early enough. Some come so close to the glass!
Tusker House has great variety, wonderful décor, air conditioning if you need that for a mid day break, indoor, no birds trying to steal your food.
I love Flame Tree, sitting across the lake from Everest, but you sometimes have to fight the birds for your food if other people have been encouraging them too much. The food is good, but if you have access to good BBQ at home, go for Tusker House. You probably don't have that at home.
Neither Yachtsman or Shulas for me.

Yachtsman for us, Shula's was a bit on the stuffy side for us. Food at both was good, our server at Yachtsman was really great and nice to chat with.

I personally don't think that you can compare Tusker house and Flame tree - Tusker house is a TS with Character and Flame Tree is a QS location. I would try to both, Tusker house for Breakfast, This is our favorite character breakfast, lots to choose from basic items such as Mickey waffles to some interesting breakfast casseroles, even the pickiest eater can find lots of items, or Dinner when we went there were no Characters at dinner, I think this may have changed. Again great food with a few items that you can try with a more grown up feel.
Flame tree, has great counter service, fast and tasty in our opinion, we like to take the path that goes back towards the lake, Its really beautiful back there and takes you away from the mass for a bit to regroup, we normally prefer to grab a bite in the mid afternoon, not a prime time meal time.

Sanaa- prefer the menu as it is more Indian inspired and we love the bread service. While we have enjoyed Jiko, we usually prefer Boma for our African inspired cuisine.

Shula's- our favorite restaurant on site. We've been there over half a dozen times and the steaks and service have been perfect. We like Yachtsman Steakhouse but find Shula's superior.

Flame Tree- we would have said Tusker House before it became character dining. We avoid the pandemonium of character meals like the plague!

JIko--not a fan of Indian food and JIko is a pretty restaurant with great food.

Shulas--much better cuts of meat than YSH.

Can't help with the last choice!!
