restaurant "types"??

This may seem like a silly question, but could someone please explain the "types" of restaurants?

Sit Down? (is this like a Olive Garden type restaurant with wait staff who serve you?)

Counter Service?( is this like McDonalds where you get your food and then sit down inside and eat?)

Kiosk? (is this like a counter you walk up to and get your food then "hunt" for a place to sit somewhere outside?)

Cart?-okay, I know this one

Are there other types that are misssing from this list??

Other than buffets - which could be considered a sub-type of sit-down, I think you pretty much covered the list as far as I am aware.
