Restaurant temps

Tell me, are the restaurants freezing in the summer? I want to pack and travel light for our June trip and don't want to bring a sweater along. Will I regret it?

Of course, I know they will be substantially cooler than the outside temp - it will be June. I just want to know if it is uncomfortably cold.

TIA!

Kim

We went in July - I don't recall ever complaining about being cold --- at that time of the year in that heat - you treasure any and all coolness because you know before long, you'll be out in the heat again.

This depends somewhat on your tolerance and how much they have the AC cranked. This is going to vary according to the day, location and even within the same restaurant. Sorry, I guess that's not much help.

We've gone in June 4 trips in a row... it's so hot outside, but you may want to bring a light jacket because some of the rides & restaurants are cold. You may not even use it, but I'd personally rather have one with me just in case. :thumbsup2

we were in Le Cellier once and our granddaughter (teenager) took her sweatshirt out of the backpack and put it on.....when we went outside after the temps were in the 80s off came the sweatshirt......yes the restaurants are cold....I am saying this from experience ....I would pack one and then if the evenings get cold have one in your backpack.....it works wonders to say YAH I have one in case

We thought Crystal Palace was FREEZING last summer! No one had jackets and we all regretted it!

Hoop Dee doo Review is the worst about this. I am Mr. Sweaty. I'm NEVER cold; but even I freeze my pitooty off in Pioneer Hall.

Hi, I ALWAYS have a LIGHTWEIGHT summer sweatshirt(white or black) in my small backpack that I take with me everywhere when we are in Florida in the summer. I cannot tolerate being cold especially when dinining. Joan

I never noticed it being too cold. It's such a relief to be out of the heat most of the time that I wouldn't complain if I had to sit on a block of ice.

We usually find it cold in the restaurants. I think they crank the AC to high considering that the patrons are dressed for the hot & humid Florida weather.

We were in CG one September night late - about 10:00. It had to 50 degrees in there. Much to cold to truly enjoy our meal. Several young (20ish?) ladies asked for table clothes and used them as shawls - now there's a fashion statement that never caught on.

Since that night, we always have something with us, in case it is cold in the restaurant.
