restaurant tax rate?

Does anyone know the tax rate charged by WDW restaurants? Does it vary like the hotel tax rates do or is it just FL state sales tax? Anyone know the %?

I'm pretty sure that the sales tax rate is 6.5% in FL so that would be what you would pay at the restaurants at WDW. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
