Yep, 5/26. Dinner at 745PM also in the rotunda. My biggest issue was the server failed to do any bread service, was forgetful on the wine, and then insisted I was ordering the steak incorrectly. He spent more time talking tot he table behind us than anyone in the restaurant. In fact, another server brought us our appetizer because he was busy talking to people. He kind of smirked when I ordered the creamed spinach as the extra side with the Steak and said are you sure? Ive never had service like that at Yachtsman. But, Im also not one to raise a big stink. If it happens next time and the food or service are that poor again, Ill speak with a manager and then cross that restaurant off my list.

Yes, that service is not up to par. At all. I think I know what server you had though. I noticed some strange interactions in the other area closer to the windows (one table of 4 seemed to be doted on and the other 2 tables seemed neglected). We had a nice lady who was working the rotunda area farthest from the windows, and she was one of the best servers we've had at Disney.

We had a dreadful experience during our last trip to YS.
Wasn’t entirely their fault as our server was taken ill and collapsed mid order which was dreadful but the way it was dealt with afterwards was unprofessional to put it mildly.
