Our party of two adults and four adult teenagers ate our way around WDW this last week. We used the Disney Dining Experience to the fullest extent and saved over $200.

Saturday night - Chef Mickey's. Great meal and lots of fun. The teenagers found it a bit corny, but I got some great pictures of them with the characters. Chip flirted with my son's girlfriend. It was great!!

Sunday morning - Donald's Brealkfastosaurus. Good buffet. Good selection. No made to order omelet's, but the main reason was to get a jump on the main gate crowd to Everest.

Monday evening - Planet Hollywood. Outstanding Meals. The steaks were cooked perfectly, my manicotti was good, one of the girls had shrimp alfredo and declared it good, and my son's penne chicken broccoli was great! The did add automatic 18% gratuity which is fine with us as since I don't calculate too well I just triple the tax which I think has gone up to 7%.

Tuesday morning - late Breakfast at Boma. This was good as always and I love the juice!! The bus driver did take us directly to AKL after dropping off the load at AK.

Wednesday evening - dinner at 50's prime time. Everyone loved their meal and the atmosphere was fun. The server did indicate they had to tone things down a bit as more folks were complaining than were enjoying the antics. It's a shame.

Thursday evening - dinner at Biergarten. This was just average. They were missing some of my German favorites like German Potato Salad and Lentils. As a matter of fact, our server from Germany didn't know what Lentils were!!!
We also were were seated as one performance ended and left before the next performance began, so didn't get the full enjoyment of the restaurant.

Friday late lunch - at Sci Fi Dine In. We all had the ribs and they were pretty darn good. The kids thought the clips were a bit corny, but then they've never been to a "real" drive in.

Saturday night - Dinner at Trails End. This was their usual down home good food. They even had sweet tea!! No other restaurant outside of Georgia or Alabama EVER has sweet tea. The boys loved it!!

The rest of our meals were just counter service. We did stop at Pepper Market one afternoon and that was pretty good. We had planned to stop by Beaches and Cream for a Kitchen Sink, but never made it.

Thanks for the reviews. We'll be eating at some of those places too. I LOVE the juice at Boma...wish I could have it on tap at home. :)
