Bobbi I didn't know you liked manatees, the are my favorite mammal.
I asked my family to adopt a manatee for me for either my birthday or Christmas, guess I will have to do it myself. Which organization did you use?

My DSis adopts Brutus for me with "Save the Manatees."

We adopt an animal for her at the Philadelphia Zoo.

This works out for both of us. We never tire of these special gifts. She and her SO took a trip to the Philadelphia Zoo over the weekend.

Great!!!! BLT.... That should be a fabulous stay! Our Family cruise is next November 11th, so on your first day...our cruise will be one year away!!

We are next going to WDW for 2 weeks over next Christmas and New Year. We will probably have a trip to Disneyland Paris next year some time, but we are not sure when. It depends on when my SIL and BIL want to go as we are planning a family visit with my nephew and new niece/nephew when he/she is born.

What is your favorite time of year to go to WDW?

We go mainly during the month of January, but would go anytime during the off season and when it's cooler

When is your next trip to WDW?
To any of the other Disney parks?

I was planning two trips in 2011, January and than our exchangers meet in December, while my DH only wants to do once a year so I guess December, 2011 will be our next trip. Been looking forward to visiting WDW during the month of December in order to see the Christmas decorations, can't wait.

What is your touring plan for MK?

I was planning two trips in 2011, January and than our exchangers meet in December, while my DH only wants to do once a year so I guess December, 2011 will be our next trip. Been looking forward to visiting WDW during the month of December in order to see the Christmas decorations, can't wait.

My DH is starting to give in, he just told me that we could go twice in 2011 if I really wanted too. I'm excited I'm back to Jan and Dec in 2011.

What is your touring plan for MK?

We have two ways that we go when we enter MK, depending on who I'm with depending on which way we head first. We either head toward Space Mountain to the right of the park or Big Thunder Mountain/Splash Mountain to the left of the park. I get my fast passes if the line is long and head to another attaction until it's time to go back for the ride.

for 2 trips for you, Jean.

We usually go to MK 2 days.....one day it is straight to Fantasyland at rope drop. Ride all the rides we like there, Snow White, Pooh, Peter Pan, IASW, Phiharmagic, then to HM and PoTC. That took an hour this last trip.....then we wander and do what we want.

The second day we head for BTMR and Splash and usually redo PotC and HM.
Wander around, over to Tomorrowland and shops both days

Straight down main street for a picture of the castle, then just wonder around. We do Liberty Square Riverboat, Hall of Presidents, Christmas Shoppe, Haunted Mansion, Philharmagic, Pirates, COP and Cosmic Rays.

What is your touring plan for MK?

I go to MK almost every day of my trip--it is my favorite park!

Day 1--early breakfast reservation at Crystal Palace. That way, I can walk down an almost empty Main Street & take pictures. That was great last year when I was there in December--I have tons of pictures of the decorations.

After breakfast, head off to Fantasyland. Ride whatever I can, ie, rides/attractions without lines. Then ride POTC, Splash, BTMRR. Then HM, HOP, Buzz. Then I'll walk around, shop, decide what I want to do for lunch (usually CS). Then ride some more rides while people watch the parade. I may hop over to Epcot or back to my room.

Future days of MK---not so organized. I'll walk around, ride whatever I feel like, shop, eat, and maybe watch a parade. I don't always sit & wait for parades. I'll sit & wait for Wishes or SpectroMagic.

I have to admit we don't have a plan. Our biggest planning is for ADRs which are almost all dinners at Epcot. I avoid certain parks on certain days--MK on Sat and Epcot on Fri. But that's about it! We walk in and the boys pick what they want to go on first. At some point--I just can't ride some things over and over!--I'll go get fastpasses for something else, or shop a bit while I wait for them.

I do make sure we go on the Jungle Cruise and It's a Samll World. The latter usually requires some kind of bribe.

The very first thing I do? Break out my camera.
We don't have a touring plan because we visit 3-4 times during our trip, usually for the second half of the day. We have favorites we do once a trip, and favorites we do every time in the park. In no particular order we do Haunted Mansion, Thunder Mtn, Tomorrowland Transit Authority, and Pirates each time we are in the park. Then the rest of the rides depend on the crowds other things.
