This was a Surprize Trip that DH planned for just the two of us about 2 weeks beforehand.
Thursday Night (8/5) we landed at MCO at around 9:45 PM, got our rental car and hoped to make it in time to catch a casual dinner at Beaches & Cream. We got there at around 10:45, and took seats at the counter instead of waiting for a table. They no longer have the prime rib sub, which I had wanted to try. Instead they have a grilled roast beef sub with the same toppings as the prime rib sub. It is also 8.99, 2.00 less than the prime rib sub. They grill slices of rare roast beef, add grilled onions and green peppers and cover it with provolone cheese. They serve it with au jus if you wish. I had that with onion rings; it also came with a pickle. My DH had a cheese burger and onion rings. To drink I had a chocolate shake and DH had vanilla malt. The food was great!! I wasn't able to finish my onion rings, and neither was DH.
We plan on going back again in November.
