Restaurant reservations?

Being very familiar to WDW, I can't seem to find info about whether you can/should make reservations for sit down dinners? We are interested in Mythos and maybe one of the restaurants at Royal Pacific where we are staying. Our dates are June 1-3.

I am sure someone more experienced will have more advice for you. But last weekend we wanted to make a reservation at Mythos so after we got through WWOHP (about 11:30) we stopped at the restaurant and it was already booked up all day. We were able to walk right in there and eat a lot earlier than we had planned. It was great, but I wish we would have been able to have a better time.

You can make reservations at Mythos via www.opentable.com but only about two months out. I tried your dates and it wouldn't show availability this far out.

Interesting, have you used this service yourself? You don't need to make the reservation directly with Universal?

I've used the service before but not for Mythos.

I checked the opentable website, and can't seem to find where you would search for a particular restaurant. When i search Florida, and then Orlando. I don't see Mythos listed.

When you put in Florida and Orlando, it gives you a space to enter the restaurant name.

You mentioned sit down DINNERS. Depending on the park hours when you are there, Mythos may not be open for dinner. In that case go for lunch. The menu is the same.
I use open table all the time but never have for Mythos.
