restaurant reservations

ok, help! now i am really confused. i remember reading several times on these boards that you can make a priority seating or reservation at the IOA, USF and Citywalk restaurants ahead of time. Well, I called them today and asked to do this and was told that they do not accept reservations or priority seatings ahead of time--that as a service to their guests, they only allow same day reservations. is this true??? it did not sound right to me. especially since i know i've made reservations for the hotel restaurants ahead of time before and people on these boards are never wrong.

The only restaurants that allow reservations are:

Emeril's (Citywalk)
Lombard's Landing (USF)
Mythos (IOA)

The rest of the sit-down places offer a same day reservation.
