Restaurant reservations at DLP

Just wondering what the deal was with reservations at DLP. We will be there in February at midterm, so it will probably be busy. Should I make ressies before I get there?

Can I call the concierge at the hotel to make them for us?

Is the system like the PS system at WDW?

It's a regular reservation as opposed to a Priority Seating.

When we visited about ten days ago, we make a lunch reservation for Blue Lagoon and dinner at Auberge de Cendrillon at the guest services desk at the Studios that same morning. Any time we wanted was available.
