Where can I find information about which restaurants we can make reservations at? Also, anyplace to find out portion sizes? I'd like to share entrees if possible.

I would also like to know which entrees are easily shared.

I do know that the fried chicken at the Plaza Inn would be easy to share.

As far as splitting, my mom and I can usually split a plate anywhere we go that takes reservations. There is just so much food! DH and I on the other hand.... well he can usually eat a little more, but sometimes we will split.

Portion size is also big at Rancho Del Zocalo and Redd Rocket's Pizza Port. We always split the chicken fusilli (at Pizza Port) and get a side salad or the bread w/dipping sauce. For me, the Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans is easily split between 2 people, as well.

DH and I split most places!

The penne with marinara at Plaza Inn, along with one side salad, is lovely. The platters at Rancho or Cucina are good to share. We've split the portobello entree at Blue Bayou twice and left stuffed both times! I've split a salad and ratatouille at Cafe Orleans twice, once with DH and once with a Dis friend (hi Cheryl!) and both times had a happy tummy.

The best thing about sharing is...if for some reason one or both of you is NOT full, you can go somewhere else and try a different food! :goodvibes

You need to check to see if the restaurant charges a "share" fee, I know BB used to do this and still may?
