Restaurant recommendations

Hi all. We are annual visitors to WDW. I'm taking my family to DL as part of a 9-day Newport Coast vacation. We bought a 4-day hopper pass. I currently have reservations for Goofy's Kitchen, and Blue Bayou. What other restaurants do people recommend? I have a 4 year old and 11 month old. My mom will also be with us.

Personally I love Café Orleans for some pomme Frites and a Monte cristo. There are lots who love dining in California Adventure. I love the Turkey sandwich at Fidler Fifer and the practical café myself!!

It really depends on what kind of foods and/or experiences you'll looking for at DLR. For fun, I would recommend looking into the Big Thunder BBQ (DL). It's all you care to eat and very yummy. Cafe Orleans and Carnations Cafe are also good. Over at DCA, I do like Carthay Circle, but it's closer to fine dining. In DTD, I really like Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen. If you want to meet characters (princesses), you might want to look into Ariel's Grotto.

In addition to the ones you mentioned, I had a really good meal at Carnation Cafe. Just got the baked potato soup and fried pickles, but both were delicious. Good people watching spot, too.

The one place I would warn about is Flo's. I'd really looked forward to it; went during prime dinner time and the place was empty. I actually thought it was closed for some reason. Then, I got my turkey dip sandwich and a side of (bare) mashed potatoes and it was pretty awful. The bread was so hard I could hardly chew it. Apparently they've made some changes to the menu? It was disappointing...

Carnation Cafe looks interesting. I could go for Walt's Catch of the Day.

This is my fav place and my two fav items on the menu. Yum!!!
