Restaurant Recommendations

Our family is heading to Disney Dec. 25 - Jan. 31. This is a party of two grandparents, three parents, and three children. We are purchasing the Disney dining plan for six nights. What restaurants would recommend? (This is our first visit.) Thanks!!

You didn't mention whether you were getting the regular or deluxe dining plan. Which one you get will make a difference in the type of restaurant you eat at. I love the signature restaurants(require 2 table service meals)--LeCellier, Yachtsman, Flying Fish, California Grill, etc. I've also eaten at Sci Fi Dinner, 50's Prime Time Cafe, Kouzzina, etc. Since you are so close to your travel date, you may want to go online to the WDW website or call 407-WDW-DINE to see what type of dinner reservations are still available. This will be a very busy time at WDW(I love Xmas at Disney) and having reservations for table service meals is highly advisable! If you are just doing counter service meals you don't have to worry.

1. What kind(s) of food does your party like?
2. What are the ages of the children?
3. Are you considering Signatures (2 credit meals)?
4. Do you like/prefer buffets or sit down meals?
5. Which park(s) are you planning on going to?
6. Which meal(s) do you want recommendations for?

Disney World has a really wide range of food options, so there will be lots of different opinions. You can also look at the menus posted on Allears.net, Disney's own website, and wdwinfo.
