I'm a Disney "veteran," but for some reason I always end up at the same restaurants. I can actually list the ones still extant that I've visited over the last 25 years or so:.
My suggestions are Crystal Palace befor the park opens, this way you'll have almost all of Main St. and the Castle to your selves for pictures!

Besides being in the park before it's open has an amazing feel.
Ummm, I would certainly go to Coral Reef especially if your planning on celebrating something special PM me and I'll fill you in on what they do, you can't beat seeing all the sea animals while you eat. Their steak is really good! And dessert is waaay good.
One of my favorite Resorts to eat at is the Grand Floridian (this was the biggest suprise of our trip), breakfast is really good, (dinner is just as awesome!) it's always good to get ADR's about an hour and half before they close, the crowds thin out and the characters will give your table more one on one time. The food is unbeatable, for dinner as well. If your at MK I suggest taking the boat over and then you'll come in at the back of the resort, this will give your party a chance to see the beauty of the resort before you eat.
They also have a wonderful High tea, you might not be into it, but maybe others in the party would, it doesn't cost a lot and you'll be full for sure.
I love, love, love, Bomas! This place had wonderful atmoshpere, great foods to try, and wonderful desserts! If you have a chance you might want to make ADR's for an early evening on your AK day the park closes early anyhow, and take time after dinner and walk around the resort, it's beautiful, you won't be disappointed. Besides you might get to see the animals.
You do not, I repeat you do not want to miss having dinner at Ohana's, make your ADR's for a night when wishes is happening (for about 8) and ask for a table near the window. If your not able to get it for then, then I would hit the beach and watch it from there with a drink. I hear the lapu lapu is pretty darn good! (hope I spelled that right)
I would skip Hollywood and Vine for sure! Sorry if I offend anyone, this is just gross, not clean, bad food, and very bad service.
If you like seafood, Cape May has a pretty good buff.
Down Town Disney has a great sandwich shop, Earl of Sandwich. Very good sandwiches! I was impressed, and I'm not usually impressed easily when it comes to food.
Hope this helps!
