I would love some help in chosing a few places to have nice sit down dinners for our october trip. We like good food and wine please don´t get me wrong but we are not from the u.s.and can´t handle those huge plates of food you typicaly get there we like the good stuff. and no fries!!!! my butt is big enough:laughing:

Who is in your party and how old?

have you seen the allears.net menus?

Hate to say it but everywhere you eat at Disney will have huge plates of food. It's just the American Way here unfortunately.

It´s going to be my husband and me and our 14 year old and 3 year old. But we plan on leaving the kids in the room one night and make a run for it for a nice grown up dinner.;)

Here are my favorites in order of preference (most of these tend to be on the pricey side, but we always splurge for vacation):

California Grill
Jiko
Victoria and Albert's
Citricos
Narcoosees
Blue Zoo
Flying Fish
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Artist Point

I really don't think you can go wrong with any of these and they all have great wine lists.

These are our favorite places:

Yachtman
Le Cellier
Cape May Breakfast
Crystal Palace Breakfast
Kona Breakfast
House of Blues
Beirgarten

For the food and wine - I'd recommend the California Grill and/or Jiko.
Have a great time!
