Beautiful pictures. But just a quick question. Do you have to be a guest at the CR to go to the observation deck and can anyone visit?

We were not staying at the CR, but had dinner reservations at California Grill. I don't actually know if you can visit the observation deck on top without dinner ressies or a hotel stay. I bet you could get an answer if you post the question on the Disney Resorts forum or even as a separate thread here in the Restaurants forum.

The Grand Slam All Beef ¼ lb. Hot Dog with free topping bar (ketchup, sauerkraut, relish, and cheese sauce) , and French fries – all for only $5.79.
I used 2 snack credits for the soft drinks.
And you can watch old Mickey and the gang sports cartoons while you eat!

It's the T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney.
We went that back in November and the kids LOVED it!!!
