Great choices! The Crystal Palace is one if my favorites (a little pricey for dinner though), we usually go for breakfast and try to get one of the last reservations because the characters pay us extra attention! Raglan Road is great, my favorite at Downtown Disney. They have Irish Dancers and bands in the weekend nights, and their bread pudding is delicious! Definitely go to Mama Melrose instead of Hollywood and Vine (but I recommend 50s Prime Time if you haven't been there). The ambiance at San Angel Inn is beautiful, but the food isn't spectacular. Akershus also isn't my favorite. The princesses come around, and that is fun, but I didn't like the food at all. And for quick service, the Tangerine Cafe is pretty good, and the bar has a FANTASTIC slush drink that is perfect on a hot Florida day! I don't remember the exact name, but they layer it like a rainbow.

From the table service I would do (listed from top choice down) Crystal Palace, Mama Melroses, 1900 Park Fare, and Raglan Road.
For the Quick Sericve (listed from top choice down) Tangerine Cafe, Be Our Guest, Katsura Grill, Cookes of Dublin.

I went to WDW in June with the family and then again in July for a work conference and Raglan Road was the only repeat. It is one of my favorites!

My input on your choices -
Crystal Palace has been good when we have eaten there - doing it again on our next trip...
Skip the Mexico restaurants - food is so-so and you can get same/better at your home town Mexican themed places.

Definitely go to BOG for lunch - wait in line if you have to - just to see this beautiful restaurant inside!
The fish at Cookes is very good.
If you haven't eaten at Columbia Harbor House at MK, try it! Another one of our favorites.

CP is really good at lunch but wouldn't go back for dinner. They had barely anything that could justify the $13 pp increase in price for dinner when we were there. Not only that but we had a "late" ADR and only 1 side of the buffet was opened. Many of the items were definitely "sitting" and more than 1/2 empty. Some of the items I like at lunch (cold salads) we not there at dinner. Just seemed like less variety.

Yeah. We usually go to Crystal Palace for a late breakfast. That is our favorite time because we usually catch the end of breakfast and the beginning of lunch. But the dinner is just SO much money! It has gotten out of control, and its not that great!

My number one choices would be Raglan Road for table service (love it there!) and Tangerine Cafe for counter service.

Haven't been to BoG yet, but definitely want to check it out, if only to see the inside...

Good luck!

My 2 cents on your choices:

Table Service:
Tony’s Town Square - Always enjoy it here. Yummy chicken parm. Great ice cream bomb dessert.

Crystal Palace-Dinner - I would skip dinner here and go for breakfast. I find dinner not worth the cash or credit on the DDP. Food quality is lacking @ dinner.

1900 Park Fare-Dinner - Really fun characters. As with CP...not worth the money for dinner. Sub-par food quality. Breakfast is WAY better.

Raglan Road - VERY GOOD food! Great service, too! Highly recommended!

Mama Melrose - Great food and service. A good value IMO. I like the steak, calamari, carne d'itlalia pizza and the chicken parm.

Hollywood & Vine-Lunch or Dinner (which do you prefer) - Neither...sub-par food quality. There's always food all over the floor for some reason...???

A Hacienda San Angel - Haven't tried La Hacienda.

San Angel Inn - Haven't tried San Angel Inn.

Akershus-Dinner - This menu just doesn't appeal to me...we've never been here.

Quick Service:
Katsura Grill - Trying Katsura on our upcoming trip!
Cantina San Angel - Good tacos de pollo! Nachos are decent, too!
Tangerine Café - Haven't dined here.
Cookes of Dublin - Tasty fish 'n chips. Yorkshire County Fish Shop is better.
Studio Catering Co. - Would go with ABC Commisary or Starring Rolls for better food.
Fairfax Fair - Again, would choose ABC Commisary or Starring Rolls.
ABC Commissary - This spot has come a long way. Nice burger topped w/fried shrimp!
Be Our Guest-Lunch - Trying this on our next trip!

Bon Appetit!!

Those are all great choices! We ate at Be Our Guest for lunch and the ambiance is fun. It was really neat. We heard people complain that there was not any "kid friendly" food but we thought it was fine! There was no mac and cheese or nuggest but our DD still found something she liked.

Liked:
San Angel Inn - LOVED this! Gorgeous, relaxing atmosphere, tasty food (except the salsa).
Tangerine Café - delicious! My favorite CS in Epcot.
Cantina San Angel - the nachos here are great! I love the redone seating area by the water.
Fairfax Fare
Tony’s Town Square - enjoyed the NY strip, the chicken parm, not so much.

Disliked:
Crystal Palace-Dinner - bland hospital food, waited 30 minutes for our drinks

Haven't tried the other places on your list.

Table Service:
Tonys Town Square ( While not a favorite by many, I enjoyed it)
Crystal Palace-Dinner Dinner no. Breakfast yes
1900 Park Fare-Dinner Great character interaction... IMHO, terrible food.
Raglan Road
Mama Melrose Perhaps on the Fantasmic dining package. But without, Via Napoli and Tutto Italia are much better.
Hollywood & Vine-Lunch or Dinner (which do you prefer) Neither. A place I will never visit again.
A Hacienda San Angel
San Angel Inn Another with mixed reviews. I personally enjoy it and love the atmosphere. Especially a dinner for two.
Akershus-Dinner For the princess storybook dining experience yes. For the food, very average.

Quick Service:
Katsura Grill
Cantina San Angel OK. Typical fastfood Mexican
Tangerine Café Among the finest CS in WDW. This place is better than many TS.
Cookes of Dublin
Studio Catering Co. Among the many unimpressive DHS CS restaurants.
Fairfax Fair Average at best, and that is being kind.
ABC Commissary Perhaps the most disliked restaurant TS or CS in all of WDW. This place IMHO is horrible. Even outside of WDW I have not been at many worse than here.

you have some great choices! Crystal palace is a great choice for both dinner and breakfast...their breakfast is great! we were a big fan of 1900 park fare and its getting some bad reviews lately...we did grand floridian cafe last year and its truley one of dinseys best kept secretes...it was awesome! I highly suggest checking it out! Raglan Road was great as well with alot of different options and a fun environment. San anglel is a great place for lunch!

all you places are great! its hard narrowing it down for a vacation with so many options!

Good luck and enjoy!

My husband and I are planning to try a few new restaurants on our next trip to WDW. I would love your opinions on our potential choices.

Table Service:
Tonys Town Square
Crystal Palace-Dinner It was a long time ago, but of all the buffets we have tried, this one had the most variety, and the atmosphere is beautiful! I personally love the characters here; it's one of the few places where I can still see Eeyore. We had a FABULOUS breakfast here last summer!
1900 Park Fare-Dinner The food here was the least inspiring of all the buffets we've tried at WDW, but the characters are amongst the best. the famous Strawberry Soup tastes like a melted Carvel Sundae with strawberry topping (which is fine by me! ;)) Unless you really want to see Lady Tremaine and the wicked Step-Sisters (who can be a hoot), I'd avoid this one.
Raglan Road Love the atmosphere and the entertainment, but even this is way too loud if you're seated too close to the band! Food...meh. We recommend sticking with simple food like Burgers or Fish & Chips. We've been to RR 3 times and this has been our overall impression each time.
Mama Melrose Cute atmosphere, hit or miss food. Good Antipasto, Steak with Mac & Cheese, Panna Cotta. This combo of 3 things was my favorite TS meal in DHS, including what I've tried at HBD. My family disagrees and would rather go to 50's. I wouldn't recommend any other food there.
Hollywood & Vine-Lunch or Dinner (which do you prefer)
A Hacienda San Angel We loved this place! Have any specialty margarita. My favorite is the Avocado.
San Angel Inn Also love, same margaritas as above. Best dishes are Pollo a las Rajas and Sirloin Rellenos. We'd have a hard time deciding between the two restaurants in Mexico. My DH and kids prefer food and view at LH, I like prefer SAI for the 2 dishes I mentioned.
Akershus-Dinner Meh. We had OK food and OK characters. We were seated practically by ourselves under an archway (kind of between rooms), so maybe that was why. We wouldn't go back. Far prefer CRT for princess meal.

Quick Service:
Katsura Grill
Cantina San Angel
Tangerine Café Love the Shwarma Platter.
Cookes of Dublin
Studio Catering Co. Favorite CS in DHS. Really good Grilled Veggie and Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches.
Fairfax Fair
ABC Commissary Yucky when we were there, but I hear they have been working on improving. I'd give them another shot, but why, when we really enjoy SCC.
