Restaurant Marrekesh & DDP

Is Restaurant Marrekesh on the dining plan? If so, was this recently added? I remember whent he changes came about for 2007 alot of the Epcot restaurants were not included in the didning plan. Thanks!

We ate there on our last trip - late last year - using the DDP. We ordered the big sampler meal & it was very good.
