Restaurant lunch & dinner times

What are the times considered "lunch" and "dinner" at WDW or,is there a site somewhere that lists what times the restaurants at WDW serve lunch and dinner from and until?

Try allearsnet.com under dining and menus. They have some times posted, but I don't think they have all of them.
