I haven't found any of the TS restaurants that 'require' you to to sit outside. There are a few outdoors available, but all have AC seating inside.

Why would you think you had to sit outside in the sun? On the other hand, if you choose CS, then lots are places have just outdoor seating - your choice!

For Table Service restaurants I cannot think of any that are entirely outdoors. There are many that are all indoors, but some will have patio/outdoor seating as well as indoor seating so you could just ask to be seated indoors at those.

For Counter Service there are some that are completely outdoors (e.g.Flame Tree Barbecue, Sleepy Hollow), others that are a mix of indoors and outdoors seating and some that are entirely indoors. Fortunately you can look before eating to see if it is an entirely outdoor venue and at the others you can choose your own table.

Just wanted to add that if you know there's a place you're interested in, a quick google search should turn up some info about the seating situation.

We have a couple of redheads that burn extremely easily.

At HS, Fairfax fair has only outdoor seating, and little of it is in the shade. We avoid this for lunch (ok for late dinner)

At EP, I can't think of anything that would be a problem.

At MK, the Adventureland places have outdoor seating. Casey's has limited indoor seating. Best choices for indoor seating is at Cosmic Rays, Pinnochio Village House, Columbia Harbor House (our favoriate), and Pecos Bill.

At AK: don't know about the new place in Pandora. Flame Tree BBQ has outdoor seating that is under canopies. We were OK eating lunch here. The market in Harambe might be an issue finding shaded seats. Restaurantasaurus in Dinoland has AC seating.
