Restaurant Ideas?

My husband and I are taking a Disney Cruise to celebrate or anniversary. We will have one night at DW before and one night at DW after our cruise. Does anyone have any suggestions on restaurants? We are on the fence about getting park tickets. That is a lot of money for what would turn out to be about 2 half days of park time. We already know about Victoria and Alberts. Anyone have any other ideas?

It depends on where you're staying. When we went on our Disney cruise, we found it much easier to fly in, rent a car, then stayed at Port Canaveral. DH dropped me and the kids off at the terminal very early, then dropped off the car and got their shuttle back. We were on board among the first "regular" guests. We had lots of time for the kids to swim and explore the ship!

If you're staying at an Epcot resort, you have lots of options to walk to. Same with a MK resort; take the monorail to any of them.

You can always take the bus to Downtown Disney.

Victoria & Albert's is absolutely amazing. If you have the money to try it out, I say go for it. My husband surprised me with reservations on a trip near our anniversary. I was shocked at what the price would be, but as we arrived and started our meal, the price was the last thing on my mind. It was simply amazing.

If your not looking for a price tag that large, We've dined at California Grill multiple times. I've never been disappointed, except for our last time. It's really my own fault though, they didn't have my "normal" dish on the menu since it's seasonal... and in their attempt to recreate what I wanted, it just wasn't the same. Hey, at least they tried though right? Plus, if you time it right, you could view WISHES fireworks from their observation deck, or from your very own table...without needing a park ticket
