Restaurant Hours?

I am hoping you can help, I have searched for this information high and low but to no avail . . . does anyone know the hours of the restaurants in Disney Village? Specifically, we are looking at The Steakhouse. We actually have one evening to go on a date night without the kiddos. During our visit parks close at 6pm so I am assuming all in park restaurants close at that time too. We would like to go shopping at Val D Europe and then go out to eat around 8pm. The only one I can find the hours on was Planet Hollywood which says it is open to midnight? Not exactly romantic . . . but it would work in a pinch

Im pretty sure that they will be open later than 6pm in the disney village. Im booking my table reservations for 6pm.

I maybe wrong tho as ive never been before, just guessing.

All the Village restaurants are open until 11pm or midnight - so are the shops there .

Also Val D Europe is open late and has some great restaurants at a good price!
