Restaurant hours same as parks?

Just wondering if restaurants located in the park close at the same time as the park?? Not worried about opening times, I won't be up that early

If it matters, I am thinking about a trip in early December. There are earlier park closing times, so I am hoping that we can go to restaurant at the end of the day?

I know at the Studio you can get reservations for times even after park closing. A couple of winters ago I worked the DHS Gate and even on days we closed at 7:00 we would have people coming in for later reservations.

And two months ago I was with some friends and we went to Bistro de Paris with an 8:00 resevation and finally left the restaurant at 11:05. We were escorted out of the park, leaving at about 11:20. (And all the lights and music and fountains were on while we were inside the park.)
