Restaurant hours for September

I'm heading back to DLP in September for the half marathon weekend. I am trying to figure out my dining reservations and I'd like to have an idea before I call to make them. I've scoured the internet looking for restaurant hours. Does anyone know the park and restaurant hours for September? Thanks!!!

I usually use this one, however it only goes up to August at the moment. Hopefully they'll update it soon.
