Restaurant Hours for Jan 2011

Is there a thread or website to find the operating hours for Disney Restaurants? We have a trip planned for Jan 1 - 10, 2011.

For instance if HS closes at 7 pm do the restaurants close at time also? or... Do they remain open after the parks close?

So, could anyone point in a direction that I might find the restaurant hours....I would greatly appreciate it.

When making ADRs online (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining/) you get the exact times the restaurants are opened.

From what I understand, those times are opening hours for seatings, i.e. if it says the restaurant ''closes'' at 9pm, it means the latest seating is at 9pm.

One day, AK closes at 5pm, yet Tusker House has seating for 5:15 available...

Looks like we'll be in the World at the exact same dates!! We might run into each other... if you see someone running after an 18 month old boy, with Grandma and 2 older daughters laughing and running in tow... it's us!
