Restaurant Help Please for NYE

Need help-called the Reservations Dining Line and was told that all restaurants were booked in MK for New Years Eve. Can anyone give me any ideas on where in MK to have dinner since we can't get a reservations for that night. There will just be hubby and I and we are not picky eaters. Thanks.

Don't want to discourage you, but when we went down for New Year's almost every restaurant that we wanted to eat in was booked! If I remember correctly, we had eaten in Casey's on Main Street-hot dogs, etc..NYE is very crazy down there!

Update to first post. I'm so happy. I called Dis Reservations again to see if there had been any cancellations for PS at MK for NYE. We got PS at the Liberty Tree Tavern Character dinner at 6:00 PM. Can hardly believe it. Never thought we would get to do that. Now new questions. What does one do at a character dinner? I've never seen one before. Can I take my camera and take pictures? Do they take photos that you can purchase? Thanks all for any help. I'm gonna have dinner with the mouse YIPPEE!!!

Yes, bring your camera. The characters come around to your table while you eat. They will pose for pictures and sign autographs. Have a great time!

Glad to hear that you got a PS. Getting a PS on NYE at this late date is truly lucky. LTT is very good, one of the best in MK. By all means take your camera, you never know when something magical is going to happen. As Muffy said the characters will come by your table and you never know what they're going to do.
