Restaurant Happy Hour Offerings?

I confess - I'm cheap and love to eat. I also like a little drink every now and then (but usually only get one about 3 times a year). Anyhoo, since I'll be staying on the property for the first time, I thought that I'd take advantage of the happy hours that are at the restaurants. Anyone know the drink specials and food offerings for happy hour? Thanks!
