Restaurant Gift Certificates?

Hi,

can anyone tell me more about restaurant gift certificates? I visited restaurant.com at the recommendation of another forumite. Can I use these vouchers at any time - even in peak season?

Each restaurant GC will have its own restriction. Some may only be good during certain hours (i.e.- good during lunch hours only) or they may restrict the number of people in your party. Some 50% off GCs will limit you to parties of 4. There is a restaurant near me that has the $25 GC offered but your bill must total $65 or more. I've even see a couple that are not good for use on holidays and weekends.

The best answer would be to check the fine print for each GC that you're interested in to make sure that you will be able to use it.
