Has anyone used restaurant.com certificate in or around Disney? If so, does it work?

Thanks,
-phil

We use Giordanos also.
I would say though to call the restaurant you want to eat at before going, many are still on the restaurant.com website but when you go to eat there, a sign is posted on the front door that they no longer accept restaurant.com certificates. We have $165 in credit at restaurant.com that we can only use for Disney since all our local locations discontinued the program.

We've used House of Blues in the past, but now they've upped it to a $50 certificate with a $100 minimum, and we just don't spend that much there so we haven't been getting it.
We also always grabbed GardenGrove when they had those.

We've used BB Kings on International Drive twice. It was a lot of fun and only needed to spend $35 to use the $25 certificate. Alcohol can be included in the $35.00! I also have some for Hotel Drive hotel restaurants and the House of Blues one, but haven't used any of them yet.

I've got some HOB certificates that I bought 2yrs ago and never used. It does say on them that they never expire....anyone know if this hold true?

Also, I never see the discount codes anymore that will get you % discounts on the certificates. The HOB ones that I have cost me $2 for a $25 cert.

They should still be valid. I have exchanged some of my old ones for newer versions- you can go into your account & cancel any certificate and the use the credit to purchase a new one or select different restaurant certificate. However, it does not allow for any promo code when you do this!

I'm actually a restaurant.com affiliate and promo codes do come around! There have been a few promo codes during the last month and a new one should be available soon. They are normally valid for just a few days, but I will try to remember to post the next code on the boards :)

Technically they don't expire but the restaurant may stop taking them. In that case, Restaurant.com will let you exchange for a like value certificate.

I had a $50 one that I didn't want to use because I was reading so many bad reviews about the restaurant. I exchanged it and got 2 $25 certificates for other places.

If you are on their email lists, you should get notifications for discounts. I get them all the time.
