I think go, those are the only ones I've seen. I want to get a house of blues and Garden Grove one for my December trip, but I wish I knew someone who had used them first.

I haven't used them at those locations, but I have used restaurant.com certificates elsewhere in FL, and I haven't had any trouble. You need to meet the spending requirements of the certificate, and a gratuity is automatically added to the price before the certificate is taken off, but that's all there is to it.

I used them at the House of Blues, Kimonos (Swan), and Il Mulino (Swan). They worked great and we had no problem using them.

There is also one for the Italian restaurant at the Hilton in Downtown Disney.
