? Restaurant choice for CP dining package

I got Le Cellier for 5:30 & the 8:15 show on 11/25. Absolutely perfect! That gives us a good 2 hours to eat and not feel rushed. Now, our most expensive meal of the trip is paid for!

hello! does anyone know the refund or cancellation policy for the CP Dinner Package? i know the date, time and restaurant, but not sure about the number of people. i got one person who is still trying to get off of work for the show.

i'm not sure if i should...

1. continue to wait until i get an accurate headcount
2. book for the extra person and cancel later (refund possible?)
3. book one person less and then add later (will this change everything?)

i'm open to any ideas! thanks! my first time going to WDW CP!!!

I called mid-morning with no wait. CP at 5:00 and dinner at coral reef at 6:30. What I wanted. I was also told I could pick up the whatever it is I need to pick-up(DA!) at either Epcott or my resort.
Disney Imagineer I was told by the nice person who helped me that I had up to 48hrs before the reservation to cancel.

It's been posted as 48 hours. Why not check with WDW dining to verify? Good luck.

We got Biergarten on 12/24 for 6:30 pm dinner (5:00 show). We have previously done CP at Garden Grill and at Le Cellier. DW and I loved Biergarten when we were there last September, so we thought we would give it a try with DSD and DFIL this Christmas Eve.
