restaurant before MK EMH?

...we will be at our BWV room for an afternoon break and then plan on heading to MK for EMH...what family, inexpensive, restaurant do you suggest for dinner in the park? We haven't typically eatten at any of the MK restaurants or counter service. THANKS for you suggestions.

If you want a break from the burgers, try the Columbia Harbour House in MK. It specializes in chicken tenders and fish, and is very, very good. It also tends to be less of a madhouse than some of the other counter service establishments in MK.

For counter service we like Cosmic Rays and Columbia Harbour House.

For sit-down we really like Liberty Tree Tavern which is a colonial character meal with Mickey and the Gang.

Having stayed at BWI twice and done many afternoon breaks before heading back into parks, I would suggest eating on the BW before heading over to MK then just getting snacks later in the park if needed. We have had quick meals at ESPN, Spoodles take out window (pizza, calzones and fresh fruit cups from the Bakery), and that hot dog cart. It seems easier and faster than trying to eat in the theme park itself. JMHO!
