Restaurant Akkershus change!

Hi,

Last week I had a dinner at restaurant Akkershus in Norway in Epcot. Its still an all you can eat buffet, but it has changed.
The hot items that you want aren't on the buffet anymore, but you have to order them. It took some time to prepare the food, so you get fresh food.

What do I think about it. Now, I liked the previous setup more. Now you hwave to wait for the order and you should be crazy to order all items. I wanted all the sides, but they told me to order just one of them. So I don't know how it exactly is, but its hard to try a little bit from everything. I hope that they introduce a sort of sampler plate with a little from everything.

I agree, kinda defeats the smorgasbord purpose. I liked getting little bits of different things, going back for more of favorites. I don't want to have a whole order of 5 different entrees!!!
It was fine the way it was.
