I know people like to rank the presidents, and there’s lots of different ways you might decide who you would rank high. But I think that Jimmy Carter is absolutely the number one former president. The amazing work he did in the way he served the world after his presidency was over is so commendable.

Jane Pauley featured him this morning show as being the oldest. 1980 I went to the airport election night eve to see air force one..a year later his failure with the hostages opened up my army job ... very honest man
