Ressies for Rainforest Cafe?

Can you make ressies for the Rainforest Cafe in Downtown Disney? If so, what is the number, if not, is it a first come first serve basis? (how far in advance should we show up if we want to eat around 3:00)Thanks in advance.

Just recently someone posted that you can make reservations one year in advance. I'm not sure if that is correct, but the number is (407)827-8500.

Does this also apply to the Rainforest Cafe just outside of the AK?

I think the RFC by AK always took reservations, (not sure how far out). It was the RFC in DTD that only took them a few days in advance before, but now it is a year in advance.

Go to the RFC site, or any RFC, and see about joining the Safari Club.
I think I paid a one time fee of $15.
You can make priority seating -- or make 24 hour guaranteed seating. Worth it right there.
You will also get coupons to recoup your membership fee, plus you get a 10% discount.

I just booked RFC at the AK and was told it was 120 days in advance.

This may be very old info but I didn't think the RFC in DD even took reservations. Like I said this could be old policy but I remember walking in front of the place on a trip and inquiring about making a reservation for later that evening and they said they didn't do res. It was strickly walk-up first come first served. I don't remember which trip that was. We've been in 97, 99, 01 and later this month...
