Ressie question- HELP

Just curious--

What are the chances (less than four months out) of renting a studio or 1 bedroom for mid to late September? In general, how fast do the ressie fill up?

We are in the process of buying resale but don't plan to finalize our decision for another couple of months. In the mean time, I'm going to try to rent points from the rent/trade board.

September is one of the easier months to get a DVC reservation. If you are at all flexible with your choice of resort and/or dates, you should be able to get something.

Yes, I would say they are very good. Many people wait for October and Novemeber to take advantage of the F&W festival, so late September should be a great time.
