ressie/free dining ??

I don't have a disney visa, so i can't book my free dining package yet. However, if i have a ressie through disney and they release free dining, can i just call and add it on??? or would i have to rebook the whole thing?

(i've never done a dining plan, free or otherwise before, so i'm all sorts of confused! Lol)

Yes, no, and maybe. Just because you have lets say a standard room at pop booked already, doesnt mean you can just call and "add" free dining. There are X number of rooms for every promo so you MAY have to change rooms or resorts to get free dining. If you have a room only booked you will have to cancel, get refunded, and book a new package with the free dining.
