ressie crisis--WONDERFUL castmember

I realized last night that the ressies I made in 8/03 were messed up (had split stay for 12/04 but one ressie said 12/03!!!). Couldn't sleep all night then called first thing...cast member Willemina at CRO said "don't worry, we'll work some magic." She got guest services and the whole thing got taken care of including refunding the original deposit.
Where can I send good feedback for this cast member?

Someone else may have a better address, though. Mine is very general. I'm glad it all worked out!
