Responses from DLP mail order

Can anyone advise me how long it takes to get a response from DLP mail order? I emailed them a couple of weeks ago regarding a CD I was hoping to order but got no reply so I emailed again yesterday.

What has been everyone else's experience of the DLP mail order service?

Whenever I have contacted them, I have had a reply within 48 hours. I would contact them again
