Has anyone else had this problem?
I emailed Disney with a question over 2 weeks ago. Although I received the email acknowledgment that they received the question, I have yet to hear from them. (They did say that due to a large number of emails, the response time is beyond 72 hours......I'll say, but I didn't think it would take that long!)
Two days ago, I complained in another email about the lack of response. I have yet to hear from that email either. (Although this one's automatic response didn't mention an overload of emails.)
