Has anyone else had this problem?

I emailed Disney with a question over 2 weeks ago. Although I received the email acknowledgment that they received the question, I have yet to hear from them. (They did say that due to a large number of emails, the response time is beyond 72 hours......I'll say, but I didn't think it would take that long!)

Two days ago, I complained in another email about the lack of response. I have yet to hear from that email either. (Although this one's automatic response didn't mention an overload of emails.)

When I email Disney I usually hear from them within 24 hours although I haven't emailed with vacation planning questions this month. I know they are really busy right now. Maybe you should call them?

I've emailed WDW a few times and I've always heard something back within 72 hours. Once I got an actual phone call from someone at the WDW Executive offices to talk about one of my emails (good one) and the woman was very nice. We talked about my trip for about 15 mintues! It was a very nice gesture.

I called the large group sales department, whatever it's called, 2 weeks ago Friday. They told me someon would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. I still have not heard from them. I also emailed them for the same info and mentioned that I had called and had not recieved a response and still have not heard from anyone.

Not sure what is going on. I need a quote for 10 rooms for a grand gathering and can't get anyone to call me back.

I am sure that any of the Disney specialist travel agencies can help you with this request, such as Dreams Unlimited or Dream Come True Vacations or any of the others.
