Response time from your Guide

Just curious. How long does it take for your Vacation Club Guide to return your call?

I am checking with DVC if I can add on some points. Sent an email to my Guide on Monday am, no response. Called Thursday am, left a voice mail, her message said regarding her schedule "out of the office Mon, Tues, in the rest of the week". It is now Friday afternoon, still no response. :confused3

She's forcing me to take a weekend trip down there.......
 
My guide has always gotten back to me within 24 hrs. I think she can smell the money burning a hole in the check-book!!!
 
Is your guide Jenna? I know I got the same message but then I sent an email. I heard back via email yesterday morning that she is out sick with the flu. She didn't know when she would be in.
 
SHE IS JENNA!!! Ok, that's my answer. Thank You!!! Maybe I'll send her some chicken soup so she can hurry back and help me :sunny: .

Now that I know she is sick, I'll cut her some slack. I can just sit here and be patient. Thank you so much!!!

It took about 20 minutes after I vented, and she called me.

How did you get in touch with your guide through email? I thought we couldn't use email to get them? I would love to send an email to my guide with a few questions.
 
You can also call and have another guide "help" you when your guide is out. They all have people assigned to "cover them" when they are out. Your guide would get the "credit" for the purchase, not the one who helps you. They just do this as a favor to each other. You might call the main number and see who is covering for Jenna.

But, then again...a weekend trip to WDW...how bad can THAT be??!!! ;)
